Our nationwide network of fully trained service engineers offers a 24 hour, 365 day of the year call out facility for breakdown and repair. At Aqua Cooling we fully understand the impact that a failed unit can have on a business which is why, in the rare event that something does go wrong, clients with an Aqua service contract can rest assured that an engineer will respond at the very earliest opportunity.

We also offer a full breakdown and preventative maintenance programme on our own equipement, as well as on the majority of other chiller units within the market place. (These include Blue Box, Climaventa (ICS), MTA, Nova Frigo, Hiross, Corema, York, Trane, Carrier and Airedale chillers). All chiller units and associated equipment provided by us are covered by a full 12 months parts and labour warranty, conditional against start up being made by a qualified refrigeration engineer and a full service being in place during this period (please note Service record data will be requested against any warranty claim.)

We can also provide an extended warranty, for all equipment, for 2 years starting from as little as 5% extra cost. Further parts & labour warranty periods of up to 3 years is also available upon request, both will also require full service and maintenance cover during this period.
