Our nationwide network of fully trained service engineers offers a 24 hour, 365 day of the year call out facility for breakdown and repair. At Aqua Cooling we fully understand the impact that a failed unit can have on a business which is why, in the rare event that something does go wrong, clients with an Aqua service contract can rest assured that an engineer will respond at the very earliest opportunity.

We also offer a full breakdown and preventative maintenance programme on our own equipement, as well as on the majority of other chiller units within the market place. (These include Blue Box, Climaventa (ICS), MTA, Nova Frigo, Hiross, Corema, York, Trane, Carrier and Airedale chillers). If you’d like to request a quotation for a service contract simply call our Service team today or complete our request form.

All chiller units and associated equipment provided by us are covered by a full 12 months parts and labour warranty, conditional against start up being made by a qualified refrigeration engineer and a full service being in place during this period (please note Service record data will be requested against any warranty claim.)

We can also provide an extended warranty, for all equipment, for 2 years starting from as little as 5% extra cost. Further parts & labour warranty periods of up to 3 years is also available upon request, both will also require full service and maintenance cover during this period.

At Aqua Cooling, our staff are fully experienced in specifying cooling solution applications for all different industry sectors, including plastic processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, food and drink, metal finishing and agriculture. As well as supplying the equipment, our engineers can install the complete package, including pumps, tanks, filtration and pipe work.

Process cooling – industrial equipment designed for any atmospheric conditions, whether it be for desert conditions with temperatures up to 50°C, saline atmospheres in coastal regions or 316 stainless steel for food/pharmaceutical production areas.

Applications vary from air or water cooling for standard manufacturing processes to maintaining arctic fish at their natural habitat and cooling equestrian sea water treadmills in the deserts of Dubai!

Air conditioning – our water chillers can be supplied in various formats, from complete systems to condenser sets or evaporator packages. We offer various refrigerants and either scroll reciprocating or screw compressors.

Energy saving – with current concerns over rising energy costs and carbon emission levels, we have developed a special range of products designed to maximise energy efficiency. The units either use the ambient air to reduce the energy required to operate the system (free cooling) or they reclaim energy from the refrigeration system (heat recovery). We work closely alongside the Carbon Trust and a number of our clients have already benefited from their interest free Energy-Efficiency Loan scheme.
