If you have a requirement that a standard off the shelf chiller unit can’t meet our innovative designers will commission a unit to your exact specification. You’ve probably heard the old saying “you cant make a square peg fit a round hole”? Well, at Aqua Cooling, we pride ourselves on being able to make the perfect peg to fit that hole!

In addition, we have over 30 years experience of installation projects of up to £1m in value. Our dedicated design and project management team can cater for any set up requirements, including complete turnkey.

Much of our work is carried out within existing production facilities so we are very adept at working in partnership with clients to ensure there is minimal disruption to ongoing production. Equally, we are fully conversant with installing equipment on new build sites and strictly conform to site health and safety legalities.

Our installation services include:

  • Autocad drawings of the installation prior to project commencement.

  • Full CDM compliance with method statements and risk assessment.

  • Offloading and positioning equipment – with fully insured contract crane lifts where required.

  • Pipework installation in any preferred material, including stainless steel, galvanized steel, plastic and copper. Coded welding and x-ray inspection can also be offered.

  • Mains power and control cabling. Our installers are fully NICEIC approved.

  • Trace heating and thermal insulation in a wide range of materials, including phenolic foam and mineral fiber. Cladding can be offered in PIB Rubber, aluminium, stainless steel and Isogenopak (Plastic).

Installation Services

At Aqua Cooling, our staff are fully experienced in specifying cooling solution applications for all different industry sectors, including plastic processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, food and drink, metal finishing and agriculture. As well as supplying the equipment, our engineers can install the complete package, including pumps, tanks, filtration and pipe work.

Our main services include air conditioning, water chillers, adiabatic coolers, air blast coolers, cooling towers, turbocor chillers, free cooling, heat recovery, data centre cooling, computer cooling and much more.

Process cooling – industrial equipment designed for any atmospheric conditions, whether it be for desert conditions with temperatures up to 50°C, saline atmospheres in coastal regions or 316 stainless steel for food/pharmaceutical production areas.

Applications vary from air or water cooling for standard manufacturing processes to maintaining arctic fish at their natural habitat and cooling equestrian sea water treadmills in the deserts of Dubai!

Air conditioning – our water chillers can be supplied in various formats, from complete systems to condenser sets or evaporator packages. We offer various refrigerants and either scroll reciprocating or screw compressors.

Energy saving – with current concerns over rising energy costs and carbon emission levels, we have developed a special range of products designed to maximise energy efficiency. The units either use the ambient air to reduce the energy required to operate the system (free cooling) or they reclaim energy from the refrigeration system (heat recovery). We work closely alongside the Carbon Trust and a number of our clients have already benefited from their interest free Energy-Efficiency Loan scheme.

Our head office is based in Eastleigh, Hampshire and we have a national sales team and a network of fully trained service engineers who can offer clients a 24 hour, 365 day of the year call out facility for breakdown and repair.
