Our Sales, Hire and Service teams support customers from every industry sector, whether they are looking to purchase, hire or maintain equipment. Products include process chillers, adiabatic, dry air & free coolers, cooling towers, temperature control units, boilers, air conditioning units and portable heaters. The Company has a clearly defined growth plan over the coming years which will offer employees training and development opportunities. Due to our continued growth we are seeking a Hire Operations Administrator to join our current team. 

Main Duties:

Responsibility for effectively co-ordinating and scheduling within the Department to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met, whilst delivering a high-quality service.

  • Raising purchase orders, order acknowledgements
  • Assisting in stock movements and stock take.
  • Scheduling engineers work
  • Supplier invoice processing
  • Liaising with freight companies regarding imports
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
  • Providing back-up for Operations Manager during leave periods
  • Liaising with haulage suppliers to arrange transport.
  • Ad hoc projects

To succeed you will need to have a keen eye for detail and excellent time management and communication skills. Experience of using Microsoft Excel would be beneficial.

Organisational skills are essential as you will have multiple priorities at any one time.

Previous experience within a hire/rental company would be advantageous.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail is essential.

Employment Type

  • Full-time (37.5 hours a week)
