Preparation Is Key
Our engineers are supported by an in-house service team, based at our head office. One call to our advisors and they’ll identify which engineer to despatch and ascertain how quickly they can be with you. They’ll also ensure your engineer is aware of the issues ahead of time and that any additional documentation is sent to them en route so that when they arrive they’re able to get your cooling working as quickly as possible.
Our technical team will also happily give free of charge advice over the telephone but if a site visit is needed then that’s easily arranged.
