Aqua Cooling Solutions are always looking for skilled professionals to join our ever-expanding service team, looking after our client base across the UK. We offer national, 24/7 support to a wide range of industry sectors which involves maintaining, servicing, installing and commissioning process cooling systems and industrial refrigeration equipment.

Our network of engineers are field based, reporting directly to a Regional Service Manager and supported by the service team at head office. Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Daily liaison with the Service Department to obtain diary & job details
  • Visiting client sites for routine preventative maintenance
  • Responding to client call outs for breakdown and repair
  • Installation & commissioning of new equipment
  • Completion of relevant documentation

To be successful you’ll need to be able to demonstrate a can do attitude with a “first fix” mentality and a commitment to proving a first-class customer experience. You must be FGas trained, hold a clean current driving licence, be willing to work on your own initiative and travel if required.

Due to expansion we're looking to recruit an additional Service Co-ordinator to be based at our head office in Fareham.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for effectively co-ordinating and scheduling the activities & resources within the Department to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met, whilst delivering a high-quality service.

Day to day tasks are varied but will include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for Service customers, handling enquiries and routing questions to the appropriate resource as required.
  • Handling decisions regarding the scheduling and movement of manpower and material. Scheduling and despatching Service Engineers to meet customers' needs.
  • Providing support, information, prioritisation and co-ordination of assignments for the Service Engineers.
  • Raising & maintaining service job sheets, projects on Sage, spares & sales orders, maintenance contract folders and purchase orders.
  • Responsibility for parts sales and quotations, including processing orders, pricing and invoicing.
  • Processing service reports daily as received overnight, including entering charges into relevant projects on our CRM system.
  • Processing chargeable service reports.

You'll have a minimum 2 years experience within a similar role and preferably be from an engineering/manufacturing/service background. As well as being an excellent communicator and having a real "can do" attitude, you'll need to be a great time manager as the Department often works to tight schedules with moving deadlines. You should be able to organise and manage multiple priorities with a keen eye for detail. In addition, a working knowledge of Connectwise and/or Sage is preferable.

Looking for a sales role where you can really make your mark?

Aqua Cooling are looking to expand their current sales force with the introduction of two new Senior Sales Engineers, one based in the North of England and one in the Midlands.

Successful candidates must have a proven track record in selling capital mechanical machinery and the self-motivation to meet and exceed their goals. You’ll be able to present solutions to clients at high level, proving the benefits of energy efficiency, correctly engineered design and Aqua’s corporate values of Care, Can Do Attitude, Technical Excellence and Integrity.

This is an exciting role, working with a variety of clients, from the manufacturing, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries to utilities, data centre and healthcare sectors. You’ll work on projects ranging from £20k to over £2M and you’ll need to be able to work and integrate well with the entire team – from contracting to purchasing, service and marketing - to help us realise our growth projections of £25M turnover in the next 8 years.

Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential but above all you’ll need to demonstrate the drive and commitment to want to grow your own career and help us achieve our corporate goals. As well as being a team player, you should have the ability, illustrated by a proven track record, to increase sales and provide examples of major wins within your current industry sector.
