Established in 2001, Aqua design, supply and install innovative temperature control solutions, across the UK. Our Sales, Hire and Service teams support customers from every industry sector, whether they are looking to purchase, hire or maintain equipment. Products include process chillers, adiabatic, dry air & free coolers, cooling towers, temperature control units, boilers, air conditioning units and portable heaters. The Company has a clearly defined growth plan over the coming years which will offer employees training and development opportunities. Due to our continued growth we are seeking a dynamic, confident and sales driven individual to join our team to generate sales opportunities.

Main Duties:

  • Outbound calling to prospective B2B customers
  • Navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision makers.
  • Diarising call-backs
  • Accurate data entry to CRM systems
  • Take ownership of calls ensuring effective and efficient communication
  • Meet and exceed targets and KPI’s to achieve OTE.

Essential Skills & Person Specification:

  • Previous B2B cold calling experience is essential.
  • Focused and results orientated
  • Good understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data entry accuracy essential
