About Adiabatic Cooler Hire

At Aqua, we offer individual portable adiabatic cooler hire, up to 500kW.  Units can be combined to generate 3MW+ of free cooling

Adiabatic coolers are a non-refrigeration method of cooling your process by utilising ambient air and integral water sprays during higher ambient days (generally 5% of the year).

Our adiabatic cooler hire fleet are all ready for immediate use alongside separate circulation pumps, buffer tanks and suitable water connections. All adiabatic hire units are fitted with 3-way valve arrangements to ensure the client receives a set temperature regardless of ambient conditions and heat load demand, providing accurate temperature control.

All adiabatic cooler hire units are fitted with 3-way valve arrangements to ensure that you receive a set temperature regardless of ambient conditions and heat load demand.

Our in-built fan speed regulation helps automatically control the set temperature and energy usage.

Adiabatic cooler hire requires no chemical refrigerants utilised in the equipment.

Adiabatic coolers use up to 87% less power than a chiller. Free cooling starts when the outside temperature falls below  1oC of your require process return temperature.

Up to 99% less water is used in comparison to a cooling tower.

No water treatment

Adiabatic coolers do not require water re-treatments when used as a closed loop circuit, without sprays.

Typically 75% reduced power use than traditional fans.

Delivery

A fully tracked and timed service, 24 hours a day, to suit your individual site requirements. Including flatbed, HIAB, and crane-assisted delivery choices. We never deliver curb side, leaving your staff to position our kit.

Installation

Agreed with you beforehand. All our engineers carry full PPE and will manage work according to agreed RAMS and specific site H&S conditions. Where required, we provide F-Gas and Gas Safe accredited engineers.

24 Hour Support

All our Hire customers benefit from 24/7 helpline coverage and breakdown service. We also offer Remote Monitoring of equipment to help underpin our offering.

On-site Management
