Aqua’s seven-year warranty is offered to our end user customers as standard across the entire range. This is a level of cover rarely matched in the industry but is a clear signal of product quality. It removes uncertainty, giving fixed operating costs for 7 years and enabling customers to allocate maintenance funds to other areas of their business.

Stainless steel tank, pump, evaporator and pipe work

Aqua’s focus on durability is reflected in the materials used across every critical component. Tanks, pumps, evaporators, and pipework are all manufactured from stainless steel, rather than the mixed materials often found in alternative systems. Mixed materials can cause electrolytic action, impact efficiency and causing corrosion, leaks and structural failure which in turn causes downtime. The Advance units significantly reducing the risk of contamination, ensuring that process water remains clean and stable, free from rust or material degradation.

The result is a more reliable system with fewer maintenance demands, improved hygiene, and a longer operational lifespan. For businesses working with sensitive processes, this level of protection is critical, and with full compatibility for de-ionised water systems included as standard, there is no need for costly upgrades.

All units operate on R32 refrigerant

All units within the range operate using R32 refrigerant, an environmentally responsible alternative to traditional options such as R410A.

R32 offers improved efficiency, with performance gains of up to 10%, while also significantly reducing environmental impact due to its lower Global Warming Potential. As a single-component refrigerant, it is also easier to recycle and reuse, making it a more sustainable long-term choice. Meaning lower energy consumption, reduced operating costs, and compliance with evolving F-Gas regulations, all while supporting wider sustainability targets.

Fully Cleanable Evaporator Maintains Long-Term Performance

The evaporator design across the range allows for full cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that performance can be sustained over time. A cleanable evaporator is easy to maintain, safeguards performance and efficiency, extends equipment lifespan and prevents downtime.  Energy, maintenance and operational costs are also all reduced.

Independent refrigeration circuit per compressor 

For units with multiple compressors, each compressor operates on its own independent refrigeration circuit. In the unlikely event of a fault, this design ensures that the unit can continue to operate rather than shutting down completely. This added resilience is critical for customers where cooling is essential to their process and again reduces the risk of costly downtime.

Condenser with hydrophilic coating & internal rifling 

The condensers within the range feature a hydrophilic coating with internal rifling.  Fin spacing is also increased to reduce debris buildup, which maintains heat transfer while also providing protection against corrosion. This combination ensures that the system operates at optimal performance levels throughout its lifespan, even in the harshest operating conditions.

5” touchscreen display with built-in video support

The touchscreen display is unique to the Aqua range and gives the customer an in-built fault finding/self-help video guide. The touchscreen includes a high precision controller which can go down to 0.05°C. The integrated support tools empower on-site teams to diagnose and resolve issues independently, reducing the need for external callouts and improving response times.

All units come with Aqua’s remote monitoring technology built in, providing continuous visibility of system performance. The new range has been designed with durability at its core. A fully welded base frame provides enhanced structural strength compared to traditional bolted designs, while laser-welded components ensure precision and consistency. The use of 3D-bent pipework reduces the number of weld points within the system, minimising the risk of leaks and improving long-term reliability.

Energy Efficiency built in as Standard

Units (over 10kW) have EC (electronically commutated) fans. All units incorporate electronic expansion valve/s. Each fan has a stretched air guide duct. Free cooling is available in units as small as 20kW. The free cooling is separate from the refrigerant condenser, therefore in partial free cooling the free cooling fans operate at full speed rather than at low speed controlled by the refrigeration circuit.

Together, these features ensure that energy efficiency is not an optional extra, but a fundamental part of the system design.
