Aqua Heating Hire has received accreditation from Alcumus SafeContractor for achieving excellence in the workplace for health and safety.
The leading third-party Alcumus SafeContractor accreditation scheme is designed to recognise highly rigorous standards within health and safety management amongst contractors. Thousands of companies use the scheme in the UK, including SMEs as well as FTSE 100 companies.
For Aqua Hire, the SafeContractor accreditation demonstrates its ongoing commitment to safety, and illustrates that a set standard is achieved across the business. Aqua already have CHAS (Contractor’s Health and Safety Scheme) accreditation and employees undertake CDM (Construction and Design Management) training.
Shaun Tribbeck, Aqua’s Quality, Health & Safety Manager explains: “This latest accreditation gives a stamp of approval from Alcumus SafeContractor that our operations are running safely and smoothly across the business. It is only given to companies that pass an audited process on health and safety, property safety and risk management”.
This latest accreditation gives further peace of mind to clients of how highly regarded safety is when Aqua’s engineers are attending and working on their sites and amongst their own employees and other contractors.
